PAL-ChemMatrix® is recommended for microwave synthesis. With these instruments the PAL-ChemMatrix® will provide higher purity peptides than the Rink Amide ChemMatrix®. For manual synthesis or non microwave synthesis, we recommend using the Rink Amide ChemMatrix® resin.
Important notice: Please take note that the ChemMatrix® resins swell more than polystyrene resins, especially at the cleavage step where 95% TFA is used. Make sure to have reaction vessel that will allow a higher volume to avoid any overflowing. At the cleavage step, make sure to use enough TFA to allow the ChemMatrix® resin to be properly swollen.
