Rink Amide ChemMatrix® is an excellent resin for synthesis done manually and on both synthesizer with microwave or non microwave conditions. 

For microwave synthesis, we also recommend to use the PAL-ChemMatrix® resin which will provide under these conditions a higher purity of the crude.

Important notice : Please take note that the ChemMatrix® resins swell more than polystyrene resins, especially at the cleavage step where 95% TFA is used.  Make sure to have reaction vessel that will allow a higher volume to avoid any overflowing.  At the cleavage step, make sure to use enough TFA to allow the ChemMatrix® resin to be properly swollen.
